VIP Transportation

You have planned an amazing corporate meeting at an award winning venue with incredible food and beverage and a top notch golf tournament.  The attendee list is chock full of VIP attendees, industry leaders, CEOs, and (gulp) your boss.  You have thought of every detail down to their favorite beverage. One problem . . . one small glitch can get everything off on the wrong foot and ruin all the hard work and creativity you’ve put into it.

Sterling Events Group believes that an event starts the minute the first attendee sets foot off the plane and ends the second the last one takes off.  We call it, “first impressions, lasting impressions”  Working off your flight manifest or creating one, SEG staff manages the vehicles, tracks flights, offers welcoming beverages and healthy snack choices for the ride, all while meeting the guests with a warm and welcome smile making them feel we have nothing on our minds but ensuring their smooth and gentle transfer.

Private flights? Yes, we even have the sedan meet them at the tarmac.

Flight delayed (or just as often early)?  Goes with the territory.

Flight manifest changes midstream?  Duh!  We’re dealing with human beings here, of course they are going to make changes.  We take it all in stride.

Need a 3:00am ride to the airport for a 5:30am flight?  We’ve done that too.

How can we offer such service?  Two answers . . .

ONE, we have all been there, traveled throughout the night, slugged through airports, stood in line only to hear the flight was cancelled, etc.  We can feel the traveler’s pain and know exactly what we want when we finally arrive at a meeting – a safe relaxing place to take a deep breath

And TWO, we are fiercely proud of our destination and want to share that love with others.

If you are looking for someone to trust with your valuable first impression, you’ve found them.
