A total of 107,000 square feet of meeting and exhibit space boasts a 12,000 square foot ballroom and a 30,000 square foot exhibit space as well as eight various sized meeting rooms. But location is everything and this handsome dude’s got it. What meeting or event planner doesn’t yearn to hold their event in a location that alone draws attendance? To capitalize on that location they included a 12,000 square foot event lawn to allow guests to get outside for lunch between meetings and soak up some sun (sunglasses would make a neat welcome gift, don’t you think?)
